I used to look up laws too! My personal favorites were it's illegal in some states to beat your wife with anything wider than your thumb (that's were the phrase "rule of thumb" started) and you can't walk around with an ice cream cone in you back pocket in NY. (People used to steal horses that way back in the day).
Anyways, this topic made me grin. I didn't know you were from the states too though, that's pretty cool!
